Nothing exists until you order it. Production begins after checkout, so your delivery window includes both making time and transit time. Two makers produce the catalog, and their timelines are genuinely different · here is what each one actually takes.
Knitwear · Knitwise
Sweaters, cardigans, and knit vests are knitted and finished for your order in 7 to 14 days. Counting transit, plan on 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery.
Printed Apparel · Tapstitch
Tees, tanks, and printed bottoms are printed and sewn to order, then shipped from the Los Angeles hub. US orders average about 5 days in transit once made. International orders take 7 to 30 days depending on the courier service selected at checkout.
Mixed orders follow the slowest piece in the order, and each product page shows the window for that specific piece.
These windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can add time outside the studio's control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on US orders over $95. Below that, a flat $4.99 applies to the whole order, however many pieces are in it. A single cardigan or sweater clears the bar on its own.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent as soon as the maker hands your order to the carrier. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
