I want you to love what you ordered and actually wear it. Every piece is made to order just for you, so here is exactly how I look after you if something is not right.
Wrong size? Free exchange
If it doesn't fit, email me within 30 days of delivery and I will send you a new size at no cost. Once per order, unworn and unwashed with tags.
Damaged or defective
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, send a photo within 30 days and I will replace it or refund you in full. You won't need to send it back.
Change of mind
Because each piece is made for you, I can't take returns just for a change of mind. The size guide on every product page lists real garment measurements to help you choose.
How to start
Email hello@unwontedgoods.shop with your order number (and a photo if something is wrong). I reply within 24 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
